What is the proper punctuation when a comma follows a title in quotation marks that ends with a question mark?

Example: I watched three movies, "What's New, Pussycat?", "Bananas," and "Annie Hall."

The comma is supposed to be inside the quotation marks of the title, but it looks weird following the question mark. Does it go in there regardless?
